The world of Mexican lagers has evolved much further than the traditional Modelo, Corona, and Dos Equis beers. Many breweries across the U.S. are offering classic Mexican lagers, as well as newer iterations. Although we appreciate the growth, beer lovers would be interested to know more about how these lagers became so iconic.
