After an entire year of sacrifice, what did we give up for 40 days?

You’d think after a year of being unable to attend parties, travel, or hug abuela, we’d be done with sacrifices. Yet, many of us wanted to keep this Catholic Latino tradition alive and felt that Lent 2021 was the time to let go of even more of our comforts and habits.
