Many Calling for Latino Leaders at the Deadly Riots to Resign

It’s been confirmed that various Latino community leaders were at the January 6 protests at the Capitol, some even participating in the riots. This begs the question, should elected leaders and officials that traveled to D.C. with the intention of participating in the riots face penalties?
