Petition to Stand Against Gun Violence

In the decade since the Sandy Hook massacre, no meaningful federal action on gun reform has been taken.

Finally, a bipartisan group of 20 senators announced the outline of a deal to reform the nation’s gun laws, a breakthrough after weeks of negotiations sparked by the mass shootings in Buffalo, New York, and Uvalde, Texas. But we need your help to make sure they don’t stop there.

The agreement would provide incentives for states to pass so-called “red flag” laws, but they don’t guarantee action on gun reform. Sign this petition to tell Congress we need them to act NOW to make our country a safer place.
